These pen earrings hold hand carved pen nib charms, the tools of the trade for calligraphy. Each nib features a heart shaped cutout and engraved details.

Handmade in Scotland
The pen nib design was carved in jewellery wax by hand. Wax copies of the nib were made and cast in sterling silver in Argyll, and then handmade ear wires made from recycled sterling silver were added in my Scottish Borders studio.

Care Guide
Avoid immersing your earrings in water, especially pools or hot tubs. Silver will tarnish over time but this is easily removed with your complimentary polishing cloth.

Your pen earrings will come in a recyclable black jewellery box, branded with a silver foil Lily Carmen Jewellery logo. The foam that holds your earrings is made from a paper industry byproduct (nonrecyclable). Your box will be cushioned in recycled tissue paper for safety and a joyful unboxing experience.
If you would like, you can add a gift message at checkout that I will handwrite on a postcard and add to the package for no additional cost.
