Shipping

All orders are shipped with tracked shipping. In the UK, Royal Mail Tracked 24 is free for orders over £50.

For all regions, delivery can be upgraded to Tracked and Signed at checkout for extra peace of mind. This will require someone to be present to receive the delivery.

Please allow 2-3 days for your item to be shipped, and then shipping details are as follows:

UK Tracked and Signed 24 1-2 business days £4.50
EU International Tracked 3-5 business days £9.50
EU International Tracked and Signed 3-5 business days £11
International International Tracked 6-7 business days £14
International International Tracked and Signed 6-7 business days £17

 

Please note orders delivered outside of the UK may be subject to customs and handling charges in your country.

If you need something at short notice please contact me and I can ship your order with special delivery at cost. Additionally some countries may be outside of these shipping categories - if you are unable to ship to your address and would like to place an order, please get in touch and I will create a custom order for you. 

If you order a piece in a custom size, please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery. 

Plastic Free Packaging


All my pieces are shipped in 100% recycled and recyclable outer packaging. Inside, your jewellery will be safely packaged in a Lily Carmen Jewellery branded FSC certified jewellery box, which can be used to store your piece, or recycled. The inner foam is made from bioplastic created as a by-product of paper manufacturing (non recyclable).

Your package will also contain a beautiful postcard with nature photography by my talented husband, handwritten with a thank you from me or a message from you if your order is a gift.

I will also include a reusable silver polishing cloth, to keep your jewellery sparkling.


Gifts

If your order is a gift, you can add a gift message at checkout which I will handwrite and place in your package for no extra cost. I will not include invoices in any package so you don't need to worry about anything spoiling the surprise!

Returns

I want every purchase to be a great experience for you. If there’s something not quite right, please get in touch and I will try to resolve any problems you may have.

If you receive a piece that is damaged or broken, I will happily repair or replace it for no additional charge. Please contact me within 30 days via the contact form or email lily@lilycarmenjewellery, and I will arrange for free return shipping of the item.

In the event you would like to return your jewellery for a refund or exchange, please package the items carefully and contact me within 30 days via the contact form or email lily@lilycarmenjewellery to arrange a return. Return shipping will be at the expense of the customer. Any pieces returned for refund or exchange must be unworn and undamaged, in their original packaging. Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
